Hello Families, Bake Sale  Wow! Thank you to our incredible Grade 5 and 6 students who organized treats for the bake sale to raise money for mental health. Your treats were delicious and a great addition to Pink Shirt Day!  Pink Shirt Day Students were excited to share their understanding of Pink Shirt Day and friendship. They created torn paper pink shirts and wrote about it in their TWAS journals. Important Dates February 28 th   – Pink Shirt Day  February 28 th   – Daytime Gr. 1-3 Celebration of Learning in Music Room – Puppetry residency   February 28 th   – Student Voice Bake Sale – please bring $1.00 or $2.00    March 1 st  – Fun Snack   March 13 th  – School Council Meeting – Gr. 6 to share Teacher Report  Art  This week students created some beautiful art using watercolour paint. Students had the choice to create igloos or inukshuks.
